Get Involved

There are three ways to get involved in AIIS work: sponsorship, partnership and the internship program. In order to continue providing its services free of charge to policy-makers, academics and other interested parties, the Institute welcomes contributions from corporations and philanthropists whose priorities and ethical standards conform to the Institute's mission.

Secondly, in order to enhance its technical capacities and the standards of its deliverables, AIIS is proud to cooperate with a wide range of other research institutions and NGOs. We are open to exchanges of information, technical, expert and organizational support with homologue institutions in Southeast Europe and beyond.

Finally, our internship program makes a vital contribution to the exciting AIIS team. The benefits of the program for the participants are two fold: it stimulates young people to become engaged with challenging projects in a professional work environment; and, it provides working opportunities within Albania thus helping preserve its intellectual capital. We are proud to observe that many our interns have eventually started prospective careers in the public administration, NGO or private sector. AIIS appreciates the enthusiasm as well as the fresh ideas of the interns and will continue working with them in the future.
